The Annoying Bracelet ("the App") is a personal medication reminder and wearable device management tool. It is designed to help you track doses, manage smart tags, and stay connected with care buddies. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you choose to enter medication information and designate Buddies (contacts who receive missed-dose alerts), you agree that relevant medication and adherence information will be shared with those Buddies as part of the app's alert functionality. You are responsible for ensuring your Buddies consent to receiving this information.
Any pharmacy details, prescription information, or personal data you enter is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. This data may be accessed internally in an anonymised or aggregated form solely to diagnose technical issues, improve app performance, and fix bugs.
The Annoying Bracelet hardware and app are wellness tools only. They do not replace professional medical advice or emergency services. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
While the App is designed to send timely reminders, we cannot guarantee delivery of alerts due to device connectivity, battery, or other technical factors. Do not rely solely on this app to manage critical medication schedules.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. By using the App you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. You will be asked to re-accept if material changes are made. Continued use of the App after that constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
